Q1. How is your product quality?

Our products are made complying to CE/RoHS/UL standards, and tested for 48hrs before shipping ensuring items function well.

Q2. Why your pricing is higher than many other factories?

Q3. How to order lighting items from you?

You can contact our sells personnel to confirm what you need. You will be receiving a proforma invoice to confirm order and pay.

Q4. What payment modes are available?

T/T, Western Uion, Paypal , Money Gram are acceptable.

Q5. What’s the lead time for my order?

Usually for sample order, it takes roughly 5-7 business days.

While official mass order will take 15 to 20 business days to ship.

Q6. How long can I get the lights?

That depends on shipping method as agreed. Normally you can receive the goods within 1 week if shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT express, while 1 month later if shipped by boat.

Q7. How much tariff do you think I have to pay?

Customs policies are variety in all countries. We always do the best in assisting customers with customs issue.

Q8. How’s the warranty for products?

A: We provide 1 year warranty for the products. While after-sales service is as long as our cooperation.

Q9. How is the packing? Is it safe in transportation?

Default packing is carton, concerning safety in transportation, we will put EPE (pearl cotton) protection, and stick FRAGILE labels if necessary. While you can choose paid flight case packing instead.

Sure. Sample order is accepted. Just let us know whenever you need.
